Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can obtain a refund provided you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. You will be liable for postage costs and a $9.95 handling fee will be applied.
Keep in mind, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories if returned for change of mind reasons.
Subject to law, we also cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

Please note: All returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
